Peter’s managed and contributed to the implementation of some of the largest Agile project and delivery management transformations in the UK and worldwide: think British Airways, BT, Fidelity Investments, HMCE, NHS, Nokia and Rolls Royce.

Peter’s a DSDM Board Director, Certified DSDM Trainer, Certified Scrum Master, Practitioner and Trainer, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner and Prince2 Practitioner. And inbetween consultation and implementation duties, Peter trains and coaches teams in the UK, USA, India, China and across Europe.

With his strategic C-suite-oriented approach to IT leadership – and his infectious energy – Darren has successfully delivered multi-million business transformations for e-commerce sites, ERP implementations, outsourcing and off-shoring including multiple agile transformations.

Appointed by a client to lead a business-critical work stream to review back-office processes, identifying £5m+ savings is just one high point.

His big-picture business thinking is the result of sixteen years in retail banking and twelve years in the travel and transport industry, with a number of senior positions in world class organizations along the way.

Darren is a Chartered Professional of two industries: an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers as well as a Chartered IT Professional. He is also certified Prince 2 Practitioner, DSDM Atern Agile PM Practitioner, APMG Facilitation Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner and SAFe Program Consultant.

Following 10 years as a Web Systems Developer in several organisations and 5 years leading product delivery at P&O Ferries, José joined radtac at the end of 2010.

Amongst other projects, he has contributed to the successful Agile transformation of Capita SIMS and has been part of a global transformation initiative at Credit Suisse.

José’s specialisation lies in helping organisations transform their approach on the people side of product development, including the way companies create and develop professional teams, recruit new talent, nurture their existing people and foster effective communication and collaboration.

Jose is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and a Fellow of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT where he is the founder and current Chair of the BCS Agile Methods SG. Jose is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO), Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), DSDM Advanced Practitioner and Agile Project Management Trainer.

A Certified ScrumMaster – with a B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics – Richard is responsible for identifying and matching the appropriate radtac solutions to clients’ needs.

Richard’s 30 years in the IT industry includes the development of commercially successful Rapid Application Development tools in the late 80s to account management experience on IBM’s WebSphere development suite.

38 years in the industry has given Randal an extraordinary breadth of software development knowledge.

Randal’s first 26 years in various front-line software development roles – in areas such as medical imaging and treatment systems, flight simulation and others – included creating a successful business designing and marketing medical systems to large hospitals across the world.

As an associate consultant with radtac, Randal participated in a number of large organisational transformation projects for clients such as central government departments, British Telecom, Bupa and Rolls Royce.

Randal has also delivered a succession of Agile related training courses under the radtac banner to clients in the UK and other countries, including China and Finland.

Now working with radtac on a permanent basis, Randal is looking after the development of radtac’s existing and new product ranges.

Managing teams of up to 50 fraud investigators – including specialists from local authorities, police, CID, HMRC and Immigration – has given Eileen ample experience for her multi-discipline, team-building role at radtac.

Eileen provides comprehensive office administration management through to in-field audit and validation for both the public and private sector, ensuring that our logistics and services are delivered on-time, every time.

In building and leading cross-functional teams she deals with areas of significant change and transformation and is well placed to serve the broad and multi-various needs of radtac and our clients.
